Level 1 Airtightness Testing
Available for New Entrants
Acquire the sought-after skills, knowledge, and qualification needed to become an approved Level 1 Airtightness Tester. This role is crucial for conducting air tests to ensure new build homes comply with Building Regulations.
Upon completing this course, you will be certified to test buildings up to 4000m³, covering various simple structures.
This qualification will open the door to new opportunities in the field of building assessment and compliance.
Background Ventilation Testing
Available for Existing Airtightness Testers
Enhance your air pressure testing expertise by incorporating Background Ventilation testing into your skill set. By gaining competency in this area you can support Domestic Retrofit projects across the country.
Through the comprehensive training provided in this course, you will develop the ability to accurately assess whether a property maintains sufficient ventilation by evaluating its Air Change Rate.
Thermal Imaging for Buildings
Available for Existing Airtightness Testers
Airtightness Testers who attend this course will acquire the skills and knowledge to deliver thermal imaging heat loss inspections for housing and commercial buildings.
Domestic Ventilation
Available for Existing Airtightness Testers
Commission and test fixed ventilation systems (including their associated controls) for retrofit projects and within new dwellings, by training as a Domestic Ventilation Inspector.
